  If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. I went in there to buy some clothes 5/27/17 and was told they couldn't sell anything because they needed to build up their stock. This I understand. I then made the 25min (each way) treck to the Cuyahoga Falls store and bought a bunch of items. When checking out, I asked if I would be able to return anything to the Sagamore store and was told that I should be able to. Out of all I bought, 1 pair of $8 shorts didn't fit, so I drove to the Sagamore store on 6/1/17 to return them. They refused. I talked to the owner. She refused. I told her that the other location said I'd be able to return them here and that driving 25min each way for $8 didn't make sense. It didn't matter. I asked for $8 cash, a store credit, or a piece of paper with IOU $8 hand-written on it. The owner refused saying the registers "weren't set up for that." Poorly done Plato's Closet, poorly done.
